First things first, we needed to craft the desired user experience. We began by wireframing the journey on Figma. Concurrently, we paired the desired user experience with our suite of partner platforms to figure out which would be the best fit.

Next, we designed the sleek user interface. Fourlaps is an aesthetic-first brand and it is important that their digital presence lived up to their brand standards. We used subtle details throughout the site such as the 4 The Planet initiative and the sustainability counter to add some pop while not taking away from the streamlined experience.

Finally, we needed to bring the platform to life. We utilized a sprint cycle to efficiently move through website development, QA, UAT, and launch. For our partner platforms, we landed on Recharge, Nosto, and Yotpo. Over the course of 3 months we implemented our user interface, configured the fulfillment process, and trained the Fourlaps team on how to use their new site. The results speak for themselves…
